Specific reason for increasing cost
1.5. Since schemes are more then 10 years old and the water level is getting decreased in the tubewells , it has been observed that the condition of the tubewells is deteriorating day by day. Considering this situation, necessasry provisions have been made for the repair of existing tubewells, and in some locations, new tubewells have also been proposed.
2.3. In the schemes most of the roads are now CC and due to CC road cuttings for laying of pipelines projects cost has been increased . During the distribution system design, the headloss gradient was observed to be higher than acceptable limits, which resulted in insufficient pressure at the end points. Therefore, necessary design changes were made to ensure that the minimum pressure requirement is met throughout the network.
