Specific reason for increasing cost
1. Two revenue habitation out of two revenue villages were included in urban area of ULB. Water works campus became part of urban area. Due to lack of maintenance water supply stopped in rural part of scheme and scheme is defunct .
2. New Campus with all new works viz OHT, TW, PH, Staff quarter , and Distribution network is planned for these two revenue villages.
