Specific reason for increasing cost
1. Existing 4 kg/cm sqm PVC pipelines are old and needs to replacement. 2. 1 Nos tubewells , 1 OHT in this scheme and needs to repair. 3. Some area of village had no pipe line earlier and are newly proposed. 4. Higher quantity of urgent E&M equipment. 5. Village expansion requires additional coverage. 6. Previous Gram Panchayat O&M led to many Non-Functional FHTC. 7. As per survey needs for new FHTCs 8. Pump House & OHT require essential repairs. 9. SH crossing essential and increase cost 10. Pipelines damaged during road works need relocation. 11. Large network length due to scheme size. 12. Some portion of scheme not receiving water require new hydraulic based pipe line. 13. Geographically dispersed village increase construction complexity.
