Specific reason for increasing cost
1. Existing 4 kg/cm sqm PVC pipelines are old and needs to replacement. 2. 2 Nos tubewells , 1 OHT and 8 habitations in this scheme and needs to repair. 3. Some area of village had no pipe line earlier and are newly proposed. 4. Higher quantity of urgent E&M equipment due to multiple tubewell. 5. Village expansion requires additional coverage. 6. Previous Gram Panchayat O&M led to many Non-Functional FHTC. 7. As per survey needs for new FHTCs 8. Pump House require essential repairs. 8. Over Head Tank need essential Maintenance. 9. Pipelines damaged during road works need relocation. 10. Large network length due to scheme size. 11. Some portion of scheme not receiving water require new hydraulic based pipe line. 12. Geographically dispersed village increase construction complexity.
