Specific reason for increasing cost
1. Total existing pipeline of scheme is 3.9 km (4 kg PVC pipe) with respect to the requirement of 22.71 km as per present survey of OMIL to make the scheme fully functional.
2. Road dismantling & restoration of the 10.00 km required for pipe laying & new HSC.
3. Total existing FHTC found at site 223 with respect to the required 671 House hold as per the present OMIL survey out of 223 FHTC, 199 FHTC are damaged condition need to repair. also, no of 448 new HSC is required to the fully functional.
