Specific reason for increasing cost
1. Total existing pipeline of scheme is 6.09 km with respect to the requirement of 24.33 km as per present survey of OMIL to make the scheme fully functional.
2. Road dismantling & restoration of the 10.04 km required for pipe laying & new HSC.
3. Total existing FHTC found at site 412 with respect to the required Household as per the present OMIL survey out of 631 FHTC, 322 FHTC are damaged condition need to repair. also, no of 219 new HSC is required to the fully functional.
4. Existing pipeline designed for 4kg/cm2, working pressure as per old DPR
