Specific reason for increasing cost
1. Total existing pipeline of scheme is 7.74 km with respect to the requirement of 26.79 km as per present survey of OMIL to make the scheme fully functional.
2. Road dismantling & restoration of the 12.95 km required for pipe laying & new HSC.
3. Total existing FHTC found at site 683 with respect to the required 1349 Household as per the present OMIL survey out of 1349 FHTC, 294 FHTC are damaged condition need to repair. also, no of 666 new HSC is required to the fully functional.
4. Existing pipeline designed for 4kg/cm2, working pressure as per old DPR
