Specific reason for increasing cost
The original scheme was constructed in year 2016.
2 . Initially 40KM (including retrofitting) pipeline was laid, while by recent survey total 81km of pipeline is required. Water can not be supplied to the farther nodes of the scheme currently. Also road dismantling and restoration is also a reason for increase in DPR cost.
3. Since, practically it is not feasible to supply water with existing OHT to last nodes, as a new zone is proposed in this scheme.
4. Due to new habitation and urbanisation, population has been increased rapidly.
