Specific reason for increasing cost
1. This scheme is Non-functional since 2 years.
2. Initially laid pipelines are choaked and damaged, it is required to change the pipeline.
3. Water can not be supplied to the farther habitations. As per new design, it is required to lay Parallel pipelines.
4. As per new design some pipelines of different diameter is to be laid. Also road dismantling and restoration is also a reason for increase in DPR cost.
5. Houses are made on both side of road, and roads are wider than 7m, therefore about 1.5km pipeline is to be laid on both side of road.
