Specific reason for increasing cost
1. The original scheme was constructed during the year 2016-17 2. In retrofitting approx 3 km pipe line 180 fhtc work has been carried out under this scheme.
3. Population shifted due to in alignment of gorakhpur link expreway in discrete manner so new pipe line laying required and according to the survey, New designing is proposed which require change in diameter of pipeline also crossing of above Expressway is proposed. So DPR cost is increasing.
4. Other balance required works are proposed in the DPR
