Specific reason for increasing cost
1. Scheme is Non functional since 3 years.
2. Population are living on both side of the road, therefore around 5Km pipeline to be laid on each side of the road.
3. Due to urbanisation, there is rapid increase in population, also this population is scattered.
4. Old pipeline laid was 4kg/sq.cm., there is a huge amount of leakage therefore 5.2km of pipeline replacement is proposed.
5. Water does not reaches to the farther nodes, therefore it is required to change the design.
