Specific reason for increasing cost
1. In current scenario water cannot be supplied to the farther connections and old pipeline is 4kg/sq.cm., there is many leakages while trying to supply water to farther habitations also for new developed habitation/household are established in discrete manner for which new pipeline is proposed.
2 . Initially 49.16KM (including retrofitting) pipeline was layed, while by recent survey total 59.23km of pipeline is required. Water can not be supplied to the farther nodes of the scheme currently. So practically it is not feasible to supply water with existing OHT to last nodes, therefore a new zone is proposed in this scheme.
3. Due to new habitation and urbanisation, population has been incresed rapidally.
