Specific reason for increasing cost
1.Desgin year of scheme have been completed The original scheme was constructed during the year 2008
2. in retrofitting work 1.4 km pipeline and 55 fhtc has been carried out under this scheme. at highest point node water not reaches new design propsed and changes in diameter of pipe line to supply throuh desired pressure
3. Old pipeline is 4KG/sq.cm., while supplying the water to the farther nodes, it leads to many leakages. so new pipe line replacement is proposed
