Specific reason for increasing cost
1. The original scheme was constructed during the year 2016
2. No retrofitting work has been carried out under this scheme
3. There are newly developed households in discreted manner which require pipeline extension, also water does not reaches in all habitation as well as farthest nodes in current scenario, pipe line are damaged & choked, so new design required- as per new design dia of pipe line changes, road dismantling and road restoration is also leading to increase the DPR cost.
