cost increase due to changing of main AC pipe line 300 MM Dia and 250 MM Dia Approx 3 KM is converted to D.I Pipeline due to there is many leakage found and it's very difficult to making leakeage in AC Pipeline. Some pipeline also Damaged and Choaked. New FHTC also proposed. new pipe line also added.
